You've obviously never been to downtown L.A. You literally have to step over them at night. Not that I make a habit of going to DT L.A. at night, but on the occasions that I have been, it's quite a sight.

No, they are still homeless when it is outside or in some tent in the woods. They still get a trespassing charge or kicked out if a cop rolls up.

I had a guy hit me up outside Armadillo grille the other day claiming that he wanted money so he could get something to eat. I reached into my bag and pulled out a fresh taco for him. He got pissed.

I went under the bridge where Pullen Rd. crosses the train tracks and drank with some homeless people one night. So, if you really want to know, that's where they are. Don't get killed.
