in gmail its easy

on the drop down menu under 'reply' to the upper right side of the mail just click report phishing and you are done.

and any spoof email i forward them right to ebay, paypal, etc.

I have been getting lots of these phishing attempts lately.

I report all of them - hopefully someone will get raped in a federal prison because of my active phishing reporting

sometimes i'll fill out their requests...oh yeah its kind of convenient that they have all the proper ebay/bank/whatever graphics on the page even though its on a different IP address...but usually my response is something like

First Name: Fuck you piece of shit
Last Name: Your scams are a joke
Address: Deez Nuts Motherfucker
Address 2: Kiss my ass bitch

etc
