I don't think there's another show out there that gets me on the edge-of-my-seat with action as Ninja Warrior. Fucking GOLD MEDALIST OLYMPIANS can't do this shit.
And yeah, fuck the warped wall. Ridiculous when people who have made it to the final stage get blasted on that one.

^^What does being a gold medalist have to do with it? If you train to do a 1600m relay how does that help you on the obstacle course? If they put a quarter of the effort into training to run that course as they put into winning a gold medal in a specialized area then I'm sure they would do much better.

I can see your point for athletes who train for only one event. However, he's probably talking about the Olympian decathlon guy from the US who has been on the show for a few runs now. He's rather beastly and he still gets his ass kicked.

There are a couple of other Olympic athletes from Japan on the show too, and they don't do very well either.

That course would kick my ass.. I don't think I could get past the jumping spider...
