i have always wondered, if you put the other persons address as the return address, then drop it off at the post office or somewhere without a stamp, will it get sent to the other person (whoever you were mailing it to...)?

^ it does, my old roommate matt used to steal his parents return address labels and just put two on his letters so he didnt have to put stamps on it.
