Rent is $395 but I'd be willing to negotiate to a certain extent

It's a great place, with 3 great guys as roommates. I'm just moving out of Raleigh so I need someone to take over my lease. So just to clarify, it's not the whole apartment for rent, just 1 room out of the 4.

I'd leave a desk, computer chair, a dresser, and some other small things like lamps if you wanted them.
