That's funny...because my grandmother used to make awesome giblet gravy, but I don't consider her country at all, and she hardly seems southern though she's lived in Richmond all her life.

And here's this: I've never eaten true southern cooking anywhere that had giblet gravy.

I make giblet gravy myself, and it's absolutely some of the best stuff in the world (at least I think so). Good gravy is one of my things, yo.

my grandma makes giblet gravy and she is as southern/country as you can get. She makes it in a skillet that has NEVER been cleaned. True Story.That is why I asked if it was southern. I am glad that some people know about giblet gravy.
