its within consent of a parent. read up on ratings. they are not like alc. if your parent takes you to see a rated R movie its perfectly fine.

When I worked as a cashier, I did have to point out to the adults purchasing the games for their children that they were M-rated games and that I needed to check their ID before I could sell it. Some parents had no idea what their kid was buying and would not buy the game.And I have to admit that I have refused to sell an M-rated game to a 14 or 15 year old who had like some 19 year old friend show their ID to me.[Edited on November 8, 2007 at 10:24 PM.
