I have a three bedroom house, near the Rose Garden. I have one roomate moving out in mid December. My other roomate is staying, so we are looking for someone to fill one room. You would share a bathroom. We have a washer/dryer in the basement. The rent will be $300 + utilities, (cable/internet/electric). They are never more than $120 (high range) per month, for all. I will be moving out in March 2008, so you could sign a short-term lease, till the end of March, or stay in March on a month, to month lease, but you would be responsible to find a new roomate.

My roomate and I are both 26 year old females, looking for a female roomate, in college, or out. I'm not there too much during the week, so it would really be like having just one roomate most of the time.
