So I'm talking to my neighbor and he tells me his power is off cause his light bill is $3,000 dollars. he explains it's some glitch . . . I sympathize cause my electric bill is typicaly $400-500 during the summer months.

I later find out the reason this guys lights are off is cause he tampered with the meter by placing a pin in it or something. basically he did it so his monthly reading was about 80 bucks a month. he got caught and apparently he's in deep shit over it and i think the penalty was actually 3,000 dollar bucks.
