seriously.it's starting to hurt now, so my body is forcing me to go to the dentist. damn those sodas and candy.on a side note, do any of you have fake teeth? The two teeth next to my front 2 teeth never grew (1 on each side) in as a child, so I wear a retainer with a couple teeth attached to it. im gonna ask him what kinda $texas it'll take to get them surgically installed. has anyone done this, or know about how much it'll cost?
11/7/2007 12:38:35 PM
$poland
11/7/2007 12:39:54 PM
I got four fronts that are not real shits they are sweet can break them and not even hurt. it is pricy to get them and to fix them tho
11/7/2007 12:40:06 PM
does insurance cover that kind of shit?
11/7/2007 12:41:08 PM
^^watmy friend had to get his front toof replaced after it got knocked out by his brother, but for insurance you'd probably have to get it approved.[Edited on November 7, 2007 at 12:42 PM. Reason : i dunno]
11/7/2007 12:41:16 PM
my front teeth got knocked out on a motoX bike when i was about 6 and it did somthing to the roots not letting no teeth grow nomore so they put in fake ones on these lil rods hurt like ffuck for about 6 months but now they are fine[Edited on November 7, 2007 at 12:44 PM. Reason : No insurence wont cover fakeys but they will rip that wizdom out for free]
11/7/2007 12:43:17 PM
the only thing that bothers me is the needle in the mouth. i hate that shit.
11/7/2007 12:43:32 PM
i think insurance usually covers wisdom tooth removal. it is a very common procedure.btw, if you get your wisdom teeth removed, you'll likely be sedated/unconscious. I had mine done a couple years back and I think I kept babbling some repetitious nonsense until I went under. Mildly painful for several days afterwards, but on the whole, piece of cake. [Edited on November 7, 2007 at 12:48 PM. Reason : -]
11/7/2007 12:43:33 PM
yeahbut what about the fake teeth that i want up front?
11/7/2007 12:44:28 PM
no
11/7/2007 12:45:15 PM
well shit.
11/7/2007 12:47:47 PM
how can i convince them it's not cosmetic?
11/7/2007 12:49:30 PM
yea man they wont cover anything that is
11/7/2007 12:50:00 PM

lmfaoill do it, too.

11/7/2007 1:04:18 PM
they make a big difference.
11/7/2007 1:07:32 PM
yeah, without it you look like a homeless meth addictgo for implants [Edited on November 7, 2007 at 1:09 PM. Reason : s]
11/7/2007 1:09:11 PM
so with the retainer w/ the teeth attached to them, it's just for aesthetics? if they're surgically installed, can you bite with them?
11/7/2007 1:09:23 PM
^yes you can
11/7/2007 1:09:46 PM
that's pretty sweet then. i'd get them regardless of the cost
11/7/2007 1:10:07 PM
i eat with the retainer/teeth in.it's too akward to take them out and put them on the table during lunch/dinner. lolit's hell on my breath, sometimes.[Edited on November 7, 2007 at 1:11 PM. Reason : i've been wearing this retainer since i was 17. ]
11/7/2007 1:10:44 PM
I think implants would be worth the dollar bills.
11/7/2007 1:11:30 PM
11/7/2007 1:12:30 PM
i figure they'll be worth itunless it will cost more than $500 or so, out of pocket.
11/7/2007 1:13:21 PM
you can justify spending $500 or $1000 over the course of your life to have 2 functioning teeth. it'll probably cost a lot more than that though]
11/7/2007 1:14:06 PM
i mean right now.do they make payment plans for shit like this?[Edited on November 7, 2007 at 1:15 PM. Reason : ill ask the dentist when i go for the cavity today. we'll see how much this is gonna cost.]
11/7/2007 1:14:42 PM
Be baller and gets fangs. It'd be cool as shit and you'll have an advantage any time you enter an eating contest.
11/7/2007 1:16:20 PM
that's an idea.....
11/7/2007 1:17:46 PM
Seriously, but it would be far more feasible if the teeth you needed were one further from the front on each side. Thats where's traditional fangs are; getting them in the gaps you have now would be tacky.
11/7/2007 1:21:32 PM
those look sharp as fuck
11/7/2007 1:22:52 PM
insurance isnt going to cover anything cosmetic. like implants or fake teeth.if they do, its gonna be around $2000, which is just a fraction of what it would all cost (if its more than one tooth).
11/7/2007 1:26:19 PM
holy shit.
11/7/2007 1:28:14 PM
A not too crazy idea would be to get into a fight with someone who doesn't know about your teeth. Let them punch you in the mouth and the be like "Oh shit, you knocked my teeth out asshole."Then make him pay for new ones.
11/7/2007 1:30:10 PM
....but that would require getting hit in the mouth.
11/7/2007 1:32:56 PM
yeah, you dont wanna be hit in the mouth
11/7/2007 1:35:00 PM
For me, it'd be worth it to save ten thousand dollars. But thats me.
11/7/2007 1:35:12 PM
its gonna be hard to prove someone knocked out teeth when teeth werent there.it will be hard finding someone.. either they gotta be rich, and say "whatever, here is $20K do what you like"ori dont know what else
11/7/2007 1:37:14 PM
im scared, TWW.
11/7/2007 1:45:48 PM
of what?arent they removing the tooth?wisdom teeth removal is a real common practice now.kinda like removing a normal tooth. almost.
11/7/2007 1:47:53 PM
i dont like pain, though.i haven't been to a dentist in a decadeand i haven't talked to my orthodontic office since i was 17.I guess I'm about to pay for that.
