but something bleu-y

where should I go and what should I get? INSPIRE ME HERE PEOPLE

go to any chain burger place. ruby tuesday or red robin will both have what you desire, albeit overpriced.

^^ That was my first thought, Ruby Tuesday has it all...bleu cheese and bar chips, black and bleu burger, and salads bar with all the bleu cheese I could want. Only problem is I used to work there for two years.

Blue cheese is nasty. I like all other forms of cheese, but I can't stand that metallic taste.

soooo roommate and I ended up going to Crystal Palace. Tried dipping an eggroll in some bleu cheese from the salad bar...didn't turn out so well.

crystal palace is overrated imo, but hell it's still a chinese buffet so you can't go wrong.

what do they have at a chinese buffet that should go well with bleu cheese?

Get that "Super Bleu" salad dressing that they have in the little jars beside the pre-made salads in the grocery store. Paint it all over a fresh tuna steak and grill that fucker. Best tuna steak you'll ever eat.

Speaking of Crystal Palace...Back when I was in college it was $9.99 for the full buffet. Then they jacked the price up to $9.99 + $5.00 if you wanted crab legs. Now it is like $22.99 with crab legs. You can blame that on those assfuckers who go in there and eat 7 plates of straight crab legs. I'm not lying. I've seen it happen. I apologize for not kicking that piece of trash in the nuts so y'all could have cheap crab legs too.

i've noticed those people who eat 7 straight plates of crab legs and stand there waiting for them to bring more out invariably have a really dark tan

this is a salad...

spinach, toasted walnuts, craisins, blue cheese, Ken's Steakhouse "Raspberry Walnut Vinagerette Lite".

Really good salad.

Well...any Chinese buffet you'll ever go to pails in comparison to Asiana in Asheville. That place is literally heaven on earth. No joke, if I had the time for a 10 hour round trip to eat there, I'd do it more often.

Napper Tandy's also has a "Black and Bleu" burger. Get that as well, it's mouth wateringly good.

And it still amazes me that people who make comments like this do so without knowing what the fuck "spoiled" means.

Mold does not necessarily denote "spoiled" just as spoiled does not necessarily denote "moldy".

Penicillium cultures are used to create the veining... certain types of molds from this genus are also used to create penicillin, and i am sure you have little problem with people taking penicillin.
