yeah... jeezz..

apparently i was doing 30 over the speed limit on I40 without a seatbelt.. and expired inspection..

but it was BS, because if you've worked in RTP you know that EVERYONE speeds on I40 in the morning..

i was just keeping up with traffic..

heh, i'm not sure 95 in a 65 is "keeping up with traffic"

[Edited on November 6, 2007 at 9:07 AM. Reason : expired inspection is nothing--you just have to get it inspected]

going 95 on I-40 =/= keeping up with traffic

far right lane: 45-55 = keeping up with traffic
middle right lane: 55-60 = keeping up with traffic
middle left lane: 60-65 = keeping up with traffic
far left lane: 65-80 = keeping up with traffic

(until those fucktards in the 3 most right lanes decide to drive in the far left lane )

going 95 = passing 99% of all traffic on I-40

\/ that's what the speedometer was invented for, to see how fast you are travelling

Stop trying to find a "good" lawyer to lie and cheat your way out of the system, asshole. Be a man and pay the price for fucking up.

I just got a ticket in Alamance county, doin 80 in a 65. I was in the middle right lane of 4 lanes, being passed by two lanes of traffic to my left and guess what. I get pulled. The reason he chose me when I asked... "I was the most accesable(sp?)"
Point of the story, Life sucks, dont speed

i know a lot of people have used crouch, but it seems like they are more interested in criminal cases as opposed to traffic law

I once got a 96 is a 65 and a wreckless driving ticket on 40 going to the Park.

Rick Gammon's Law Office got the speeding ticket dropped completely and had the wreckless reduced to something called "Unsafe Movement."

I hear that he isn't doing traffic anymore, but it would be worth the phone call.

But I'm pretty sure Gammon is done with traffic, whereas it's Crouch's specialty.
I'm pretty sure with how hefty your ticket is you'll be directly with Crouch-- just make sure you stay there. Willis works with Crouch but isn't nearly as good at what he does.

Has anyone used or know anything about ADAMS, PORTNOY & BERGGREN. They advertise they take care of tickets, and they are on blue ridge, so it's close.

I got a ticket reduced to 9 over 65 in Greensboro last June, and I got pulled recently and the ticket is written for 9 over 35.. Yes I know I shouldn't speed, it's a freakin 4 lane road with a suicide lane, why the hell is it 35..... oh well.
