the putting hot sauce on everything is more of a class than a race issue

at least as I've observed it

I think the hot sauce is typically there to cover up the taste of bad food

though some people still insist on putting it on very good food

I like hotsauce on certain items...white beans is the one that comes to mind first.


I don't generally use hotsauce that much, but i remember last week i ate dinner at home with my parents and it was one of the few times my mom failed in the kitchen so i was loading up the plate with texas pete. She looked at me and asked why I was using so much, but i think she new the answer before she even asked.

I've done this. What's the big deal. The only requirement that I have is that the hot sauce cannot be vinegar based. If I wanted to put vinegar on my food I would have.
