cut/scrape off excess skin, coat with liquid wart remover, cover with duct tape, and leave it on for as long as possible. basically you're trying to cut off the oxygen.

i had a friend that did that but it didn't work very well, he had it on there for weeks and nothing.the doctor is pretty cheap.

all those supposed home remedies suck, use apple cider vinegar. Put it on a piece of cotton and sleep with it over night, after the first day or two it will turn black then when you put it on for like the 4th or 5th day it will burn like a motherfucker and fall off.

what kind of wart? if it's a plantar wart, you can try digging out the "seeds" in it, but those fuckers hurt like all helljust go to the doctor...you don't want to walk around for a couple of months with duct tape on you

home freeze kit FTW. it will be gone in a week or two

Compound Dubya. You're not supposed to apply it once and cover it up. Reapply daily.

Take a slice of potato and hold it on with a band-aid. It worked for me when I had one. There are a number of other acid based remedies and oils that work.

I've had some luck getting a piece of dry ice and just using it like one of those home freeze kits. Worked just as well, was cheaper, and I had dry ice to play with.

it's funny, i had a decent sized wart on my thumb for about 8 years or so. i tried everything to get rid of it and it kept coming back. i used all sorts of different methods and would get rid of the topmost layers and even down deep in the skin, but never all the way. then, about a month ago, it just died, on its own.now my thumb is almost perfectly smooth. in most of th reading i have done, it says that you can never get rid of a wart with anything topical, your body just has to fight it off. you can get rid of tiny ones that way, but anything that's set in, you basically just kill off enough of it that your body can manage the rest.

whatever you do, do not google image search wartsfor the love of god

had some once... nothing worked.so, i dug them out with a knife. gotta get the roots out. they didn't come back.

use one of the freezing kits, available at walmart. it doesn't need to be frozen to the point of all but falling off, just turning it white a few times will make it fall off in a few weeks. doc told me something about an immune system response to it after it was basically dead.

I kept warts on my hands as a child, and I ended up with one on my knee not too long ago. Other than going to the doctor, I've had the best luck with just cutting them off with cuticle scissors or nail clippers and with the home freezing kits.

I had a wart on my inner side of my finger for years then one day it just disappeared, I don't know when because I stopped watching it. Think it fell off or can they just capsize? OR WHAT?

GARLIC and DUCT TAPEbuy a clove of garlic and cut off a little bit, put it on the wart and cover with a band-aid. It will itch like crazy but it kills the wart.i've also heard duct tape works like everyone else has already said

no shit look up the apple cider vinegar in google, i tried the duct tape stuff and it didn't work...the vinegar worked so fast too but it hurt like hell

apple cider vinegar ftw. i had one on the bottom of my foot that i tried everything to get off aside from going to the doc. it was such a pain to get rid of because of the location. duct tape worked for about 2 weeks, and then it came back. the vinegar was quickest solution, and it still hasn't come back (4 mos. later).
