maybe you should be a little more specific about what types of podcasts you would find interesting, or before long you're gonna have 20 links to podcasts about cat pictures[Edited on October 30, 2007 at 10:54 PM. Reason : also, there are programs other than itunes that will download podcasts]

My brother introduced me to Paris DJs. It's pretty awesome- it's got a mixture of funk, jazz, and some crazy russian dj, among many others. I haven't quite figured it out yet. There's some afrikan shit on there too. ('Cos there ain't no "C" in B-L-A-K)

iTunes saves it as an mp3 if that's the original format. You just have to take the file and transfer it to your own mp3 player.iTunes is a little chunky, but it's an otherwise good program.

all audio podcasts are mp3s. just get a podcatcher of any sort and download them, or directly download them from the feed.

I love Hardcore History by Dan Carlin, his other (common sense) is a bit political but also good. Also since I am a bit geeky and I loved The Screen Savers, all the Leo Laporte podcasts are a must. This Week in Tech (TWiT) is great even if you are not geeky. I get them from Itunes, but I assume that both will have stand alone downloads from their websites.
