how many people are we talking about? my neighbors had a full or queen size airbed that blew up to about 3 feet off the ground and it was pretty comfortable, i slept on it a few times

both mattresses that i know of coming off of craigslist, one to a friend and one to an old roommate, had bed bug infestations, even if they look perfectly clean when you get them the eggs can lay dormant for a while, so i'd be pretty wary, plus thats kinda gross
