I was in a car so I guess this belongs in the garage.

On 10-24-07 at 11:13 I was riding down X street (a well known drug area) and I saw a car in front of a dope house so I ran the tag. The tag came back with no insurance and had a revoked registration by DMV. I then pulled off the road 100 yards ahead and turned off my headlights. I was waiting for the car to leave so I could stop/cite the owner and tow the car. And most likely get some dope out of the deal. Well I'm sitting there and I hear a loud "pop" and my rear glass shatters. I then haul ass for cover and call for my partner. When he arrives we canvassed the area but it was like a scene out of Childern of the Corn. There was nobody on the whole street which is def out of the norm. This is a well known dope street, at any given moment there are 50-75 people standing everywhere.

Thought I'd share, flame away....................

We don't have a suspect for the shooting.

For a warrant to raid a home

-Must have made a buy or direct knowledge of a buy
-knowledge/layout of the home
-A specific item you are looking for ie: a person, crack, meth

There are many more things that must be met in order to raid a home. Your trying to violate someones rights. And you want to pick on cops.
