to live on campus for a semester or two.

I lived on campus for 2 weeks my freshman year before i moved into a frat house. Im regretting it now, 2 years later, that i never got to experience the dorm life..... because a frat house is way different.

nay, assuming you are a junior or senior you are going to be doing 100x the work freshmen are doing. Also since you are over 21 (assuming) they all are going to expect you to buy them booze.

Yeah, if you're going to do it, make it bragaw. The people in there are half way normal, and there are enough people around who are over 21 that you won't be the guy who buys alcohol for everyone. Both of these things can't be said for the other dorms and Wolf Village. The 1st applying more to Wolf Village than the second.

to me, those places just seem cheap and dirty. everytime i go to any of those complexes they're dirty as fuck.

depends who lives in the apt.

People arent really social, tend to stick to their own apt and whatnot... at least in my building.


And it really doesnt help that im living with a 29 year old in a shit load of credit card debt, a vtech graduate who really doesnt do anything except talk to his g/f in D.C, and a senior in mech engineering who I think may possibly be crazy and seems very anti social.

I lived in Owen (Hall style) freshman year, Bragaw (Suite style) sophomore year, and Wolf Village my last two years. If you are looking for a dorm experience, do a hall style -- Tucker, Owen, or Turlington (although you may have trouble getting into Tucker since it is usually reserved for first year college students). Owen was so much fun and you meet a lot more people in a hall style. Only do a suite style or WV if you know the people you will be staying with.
