from Iraq baby!

Life is that much sweeter, food tastes that much better, and thank god for the invention of the toilet.

You know the difference between 90 and 70 degrees in weather? Well it's the same difference between 130 and 110, and it's cold as hell right now.

depends on what you define as winning.

Are we whooping ass in Iraq? Hell yeah we are.

Am I alive? well I guess I won in that department.

You're going to learn a whole new universal truth and refresh yourself on a few over there.

You really don't know the chances of something happening on any given day.

Another universal truth is... media (all of them, I don't care who you're partial to) is VERY profit oriented. 95% of EVERYTHING you read concerning the war is exaggerated, or blatant bullshit.

Winning the war? yeah, we are if you see what we're doing there as an anti-terror force. Public Affairs? No, and that's not the Armed forces to blame.

But you'll also find that it varies from unit to unit on the opinions of the efforts of our Armed Forces.

My suggestion... if you really want a very ACCURATE view of the war, is that you have to see it for yourself. You'll meet some guys that don't think so who are over there, and then you'll meet some guys that absolutely think so.

Personally, I was trained for the Cold War era of fighting, and then recieved training as an anti-terror force afterward. The politicians who say this and that, I don't believe in politics whether it's communistic, socialistic, anarchistic, republican or democratic after what I've seen. I'd prefer to live by no man's heed after all that. They have all these studies and all these reviews, and only a handful have actually came down to visit. and even when they visit, they lock themselves in somewhere. The only politician I've seen that's actually walked the streets was John McCain. Then that somehow spun out of control because of the amount of security that surrounded him when he came by.

Again, you have to see for yourself. I've had Iraqis cry thanking me, and I've had Iraqis blow themselves up near by. It's a crap shoot.
