I couldn't believe how huge computer gaming was in Korea when I went there over the summer. And yet in Japan they maybe have 10 computer games for sale in the electronic stores, and that's really stretching it. I wonder why there's a difference.

i doubt it, the koreans don't have a strong standing in shooters which is what a lot of console competition is based on, they probably don't care much about racing games in the same fashion and the japanese rape fighting games so i think that rivalry would be a little put-off to koreans.

Koreans believe if you sleep with the fan on it will suck the oxygen out of the air and cause you to suffocate. They even have doctors who swear this is true and there have been several cases where if a person is found dead in their room with a fan on, it's assumed they died of fan death.
