i just went thru there. traffic was not too bad yet, althought the vehicle on its side was scary lookin. someone was being rushed off in an ambulance too

it sucks if you're on Varsity (facing centennial) turning left onto Avent Ferry

you can't see the cars coming until you're in the intersection. maybe that's what happened
