"They could obviously tell she was intoxicated. They did the right thing and called police," said Steubenville Police Chief Bill McCafferty. Taco Bell employees stalled McClung at the drive-through window until police arrived. McClung failed sobriety tests and blew a .334 on a breathalyzer test, which is nearly four times the legal limit. "The amount she would have consumed to put her at that. It's amazing she could even drive," McCafferty said. Police said McClung's 2-year-old daughter was in the back seat for the entire ride. The child and McClung's three other children are now in their grandmother's care. Officials said she was sent to a 10-hour detox to sober up. A judge entered a not-guilty plea on McClung's behalf at an arraignment on Monday because McClung could not decide how to plea. McClung remains in the Jefferson County Justice Center on $10,000 bond on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, child endangerment, driving suspended and expired plates. This happened to one of my friends at Krystal's once. He had been drinking, and my other friend in the passenger seat had an open beer, and they told him it was gonna be a minute on his food, and could he pull up and wait and they would bring it out when it was ready. Next thing they knew, the cops pulled up and he got a DUI.
