anyone have any input on these?? I've never used them. Is it true that they make your gums sensitive and if you use it too much, it destroys your enamel?

yeh any teeth whitening makes your teeth sensitive. Thats why its not recommended for people to go to the dentist that often to do it b/c of the sensitivity issues. But some ppl use those strips every day. I'm sure that ish is painful.

They do make you salivate like a mofo and you can't really spit too well.I used them like two nights before I got fed up.I've tried the trays.. like the ones you do over a 3 hour period. I rented nip/tuck season 2 and watched non stop while I whitened. It felt fitting. I was fairly happy. I have sensitive teeth so it kinda sucked on my molars but if you don't have sensitive teeth you'll be cool.
