I do not understand why the chains greatest producing store could not afford a better location than the one it was currently in. I can understand them not wanting to fix up the building knowing that their lease would not be renewed but why the fuck would they not just move.

Wow 100,000 pies a year is not much. If they made 2 dollars on each pizza sold, thats only 200 grand in profit.

clearly you dont understand the profit margin in pizza

raw material cost is ~$1, variable costs add a little, but not much.
