I want my bank statements paperless, but I want my credit card bills and statement to come in the mail still. Both of my credit cards are with my bank, so I'm not sure if they'll do that.[Edited on October 7, 2007 at 6:37 PM. Reason : ]

for the two years (roughly) i had it before july, i never had a problem--since then it's been intermittently fucked up all the time.the only credit card i have online is amex, cause i know if there's ever a mistake it won't be a problem getting it fixed[Edited on October 7, 2007 at 6:43 PM. i've been being charged for voicemail even though it's included with my plan, so i emailed them last month and they credited my account for what i had been charged thitherto--no problemlo and behold this month's bill comes and i've been charged again, so i just called them and he tells me the reason i've been charged is because i have a spanish voicemail--disregarding the fact that it's not in spanish, you mean to tell me it's five dollars more if it were!? haha, wtf, you can't make this shit up...

I bailed on Sprint in 2002 on the day my contract ended. I signed a 2 year contract for $29.99/mo. After I graduated I moved and they made me change my number (no number portability back then). They said they didn't have the $29.99 plan any more and upped it to $39.99 which was the lowest plan they had at the time. Spent a lot of time on the phone and only got a $10 credit here or there. They had no way to bill me for what I had contracted for just a few months earlier. Worst customer service experience of my life. i've had sprint for a long time. i like their service, their plans are cheap (the ones i've had anyway), and their customer service reps are generally quite helpful (in the sense that they try to be helpful; i've only had one experience where the guy was a shithead)the problem is just that they tend to a) not know what they're doing and b) fuck things up with my account[Edited on November 12, 2007 at 9:56 AM. so, my brother has a line under my account; and for the past few months his bill has been ridiculously high. i didn't really pay attention to it though, because it wasn't my bill. as it turns out, when i activated my new phone, they switched his plan to another plan with the same number of minutes, but where any extra minutes are 45 cents instead of 10 cents.considering the amount of money involved, i know they're not gonna give it up without a fight, so it looks like i'm gonna have to make some written threats...[Edited on January 6, 2008 at 6:17 AM. Their first argument will be that they are only responsible for the current billing cycle, you agree to the charges each time by paying the bill and thats buried in the service contract somewhere.

written complaints carry more weight than phoned complaints, and i'velearned that "attorney general" and "BBB" strike fear into the hearts of cell providersand credit card companies, especially when used together[Edited on January 6, 2008 at 4:13 PM. Reason : &]
