Does anybody know how hard it is to get a worker's visa in Europe? I mean, what is the exact name of the visa and who should I contact if I want to work in Belgium?

i would..... get a job in the US with a company that is HQ'd or has a branch in Belgium, then have them send you over there.
or go over there and go to school, and get a job out of school.
