I have DirecTV and do not get the local channels in HD, called DirecTv and they said it would be seven hundred dollars to cancel any other options?

You can apply for a waiver (cant remember the exact terminology DTV uses) . You will then get national ABC,NBC,CBS etc in HD. also FYI It may take a while for your waiver to go through...

wait why arent you gettin locals in HD????? Where do you live???? Rabbit ears didnt work??
