People who aren't students who endanger pedestrians by driving around on campus like assholes because they're lost.

(Just saw some people almost get hit by a car cause some guy wanted to be an asshole and break the law. Lots of people crossing the street at a crosswalk, did not walk out in front of traffic, he drove up at about 35-40mph and people were jumping out of the street to avoid getting hit. I'm just pissed that the cops aren't there to enforce the law when it matters.)
