OK.I have an excel sheet, basically using it to send out a fax blastI have duplicate fax numbers for a ton of the recordsSo I used this formula: =IF((J7=J8),"Duplicate Fax","")So if the value of J7 is the same as J8, then Duplicate Fax is placed in column K next to the record for J7I was then just going to sort by all records that have "Duplicate Fax" in the row and delete them.But of course with conditional formatting, this is a bitch. Is there any way to lock the result of the formula as simple text so I can sort and delete those rows?

just make a pivot table, drop the numbers into the left field...won't show any duplicates
