Its only $345 a month with electricity and water included. The cable and internet is available but the bill would be split with you and two other girls. There is also two other rooms with two roommates who are girls who are very clean and easy to get along with. Spacious room with HUGE walk in closet. Full bathroom included with room. It includes a huge living room which is already furnished and includes a tv. The kitchen is spacious with all the utilities....dishwasher,stove,refrigerator,waste disposal. Also included is a full washer and dryer. Parking is also great and has visitor parking as well.
