I have a BMW X5 and after washing the car yesterday I noticed no air is comming from the vents when I turn the ac or heat on? Where is the best place to get work done in raleigh?

The fan is selected on, but there is no air coming from the vents?

Final stage resistor (blower resistor). It involves removing 1 philips head screw, popping 2 small panels out of your way, and removing/unplugging the resistor. I can probably do one on a X5 in 2 minutes......any first time compotent 'DIY' person should be able to knock it out in 10 minutes or so.

Thats exactly what everyone is saying, where could I order the part? I don't like dealing with ebay, but am open to all other options. Where is the resistor located?

Take it to optimusprimer, or shoot me a PM and I'll do it for you. I believe the resistor is around $150, maybe a little less.

trade it in for an Infiniti FX45. Go faster, look better, handle better, and LAST LONGER.
