Rent is 260 a month plus around 30$ a month for cable that comes with 8 Mb (?) connection ( the fastest available), plus electricity and water so it all comes out to about 325-330 a month. this is not that great of a deal...i mean its "fair" but not great

you get what you pay for at this place....when my friend lived there it was 250/month + electric + internet + water(water was like every 2 months IIRC)

The lowest the leasing office goes is 260 or 280 with a year lease for rent alone.

my sister lived in lake park for a while

there was a drug bust directly above her, cops busted down their door with a battering ram. something tells me they weren't selling pot up there.

oh and if anyone does move in there dont keep anything remotely valuable in your car. it will be stolen.

other than that, $260/month sounds pretty decent

Ok the leasing company isn't really finding anyone and I'm guessing that its hard to find people because of the time of year. So right now I am offering these 3 rooms for 250$ a month until next July. By that time I'm sure the leasing office will find people who pay actual rent. This 250 includes everything in my original post and no security deposit and no lease but please don't come for just 1-3 months. Rent will be payed to me before every month and since there is no security deposit there will be no big parties b/c that is where things get broken most of the time anyways. So if there are 3 people looking for a great cheap place until next July 31st (must move out by then) please call me at 919-523-6598 and leave a voicemail if I don't pick up and I'll call you back in the order received. First three people to put 250$ in my hand get to stay at the place.

I am currently sharing the payments on the apartment so rent is going directly towards that cost. Obviously this makes monthly payments very high at the moment and that is why I am trying to find someone to fill the other 3 rooms until the end of July. There are no strings attached to this deal. Simply pay your rent at a set time every month of 250$ and you get a place with water, electricity, super fast internet, cable, furnished living room, porch, and washer and dryer. I do not spend much time at the place either and when I am watching or listening to something its usually with headphones later at night not involving me creating noise or caring about noise as long as things aren't getting broken .

i live there too, it gained it rep when i first got to state, but since i've been there since may not much has really jumped off thats out of the ordinary (knock on wood)

at any rate, nothing renters insurance can't handle, which includes things in your car. You'd be a dummy to be in ANY apartment and not have it
