So i signed up for service, clicked the earliest day/time for them to come, ive been billed the first month of the service, how likely is it that they actually come on that day and time?or do i need to call and be a bitch about it?

they still got 40 min tech. to show up until the time frame i signed up for, but there have been a decent amount of times where they dont end up showing for multiple days.

wellll by federal law they owe you money every time they don't show up. bring that to their attn, and i'm guessing they'll show up on time the next time.

in the event that they dont show up within the next 20 min, thus not following the time frame i signed up for..what happens next essentially and how quick will their response time be to it (ie later today, tomorrow, 3 days?)

yeah, calling helpsi did this once, and found out they scheduled (wrongly on their part) for two weeks later.i got 2 months free cable out of thatand they showed up the next day
