I just put my old 68 ford truck back on the road. after new kingpins, radius arm and pivot bushings and freeing up all 4 wheel cylinders it seems to be a good truck for work on the farm. it's ugly, but with a 390 and 2 cherry bombs it sounds good and has plenty of power.

i wouldnt consider that really resurrected it's still a rolling pos. but gratz. nothing like a good beater.

it's a bigtime pos without a doubt, but I drove it across a bunch of corn rows today while putting up fencing for my cows and didn't worry about letting the boy that works for me drive it once I explained how to change the gears with a column shifter. it's nice to have something you don't have to worry about scratching up or wearing out. it's decent enough to drive to town for supplies or something though.

to answer the question above, mine is 2wd with a 390 and a 3 spd. right now i'm running a holley 600 on a 2bbl intake, but I've got a couple of 4bbl intakes around here I might put on it later. it's not worth going to a lot of trouble over. i do think I might let my students paint it the FFA colors for a class project though. I let them repaint the camo rambler and it worked pretty good.
