my mom's computer is showing a white background for all webpages in microsoft explorer 7. i've checked the tools--->internet options--->accessibility way to make sure she wasn't overriding anything, but nothing is checked. does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? even this site is completely white, only really showing the ads, fonts, boxes, and the wolf.

make sure you restart after the dump.
