Fall '07/Spring '08 Help

Lab Technician for Dr. Gould
Seeking a responsible and detail oriented undergraduate (at least sophomore standing) for part time help in a molecular biology lab. Minimal molecular biology experience required.

Duties include but not limited to: setting up PCR reactions, pouring and loading of acrylamide and agarose gels, AFLP marker and QTL analysis, genomic DNA extractions, solution making and general lab maintenance.

Basic Qualifications: Successful completion of one year of Chemistry or Biology. Will train.
Preferred Qualifications: Someone with interest in molecular biology, biochemistry, or genetics for a major. Some molecular biology experience will be a plus.
