go rent a shotgun and get about 20 bucks in bird shot

it will feed you for a month.

OR

they do make good semi-wild pets. my mom had a coon pet for several years when she was growing up. just make sure you NEVER have food near them while you are playing.

this is Rosco P. Coltrane (rosco) she runs shit and has 3 babies. they are almost as big as her now.

^i fed the babies for a week or so until they got to0 comfortable with me. didnt want to sneeze or something and have moms get pissed and bite my ass.

they are only 5-10 feet from me in the photos, and hang out right there beside me all night.

you can get them to do all kinds of shit BTW. Just make sure you keep yourself separated from their food.

Coons will do more tricks for food than any other animal i've ever witnessed. squirrels come a close second

When you’re hungry, you eat; when you’re a frog, you leap; if you're scared, get a dog pack of raccoons

well the possum went into the back of the mini-fridge. fearing for the safety of such an adorable little gift from god i wanted to scare him out...using the time tested method i have devised for scaring the mice out. so while i was using a bottle of wd-40 and a lighter as a blowtorch under the fridgethe possum came running out with its hair on fire. i wasted a 20 dollar fire extinguisher on it. only lasted a couple seconds... long enough for me to seal my fate in hell. i will no longer be utilizing this method of pest removal.

back to the coons:

we high-fived after i took the pic.

sometimes we having staring contests. i won this round.

Raccoons are awesome, but they are definitely wild animals.

The men in my family coon hunted and found a baby that they kept as a pet to make trails to train new dogs etc. Those little boogers are just adorable and so damned smart. They will do anything to get to food.

They also can carry diseases and will rip you to shreds if they get scared or pissed at you. And make good eatin' to some people. (Not me. . .I'm a softie.)
