long story made short, filed an insurance claim w/ sprint, my phone was discontinued, got a NIB samsung upstage. dont really care for the mp3 phone concept personally but plenty of people seem to dig it.

included in the box in addition to the phone is a leather carrying case, a micro SD card, the data cable and of course the charger.

entertaining any serious offers.
