I just got back from overseas and I haven't been on campus.

no, it isn't. was wondering myself, the website says construction should be through by the end of the month, though. Looks close to it, except maybe for the reseeding/sodding of the field at the end.

It won't be done until mid-october at the earliest. The contractor who put down the base layer for the track fucked up. That has to be fixed before the surface is put down. I doubt it will be done before december.

Actually, the athletic department wants a particular type of surface. And there is only one company that can install that type of surface. They own the patient. Being the only one company for this high-end surface means he is very busy. The surface should start this month.
