Condition being you have to pick this sucker up. I live right across from Subconscious/Reader's Corner near Campus.

This couch is very solid, nice structure, solid wooden feet, comes with cushions. We are getting rid of this to get a leather one. Only off part about it is that the cat's slightly frayed the sides, but not a big deal if you just cut the strings. I think it cost like 700 at the furniture store originally...but I'm just too tried to try to get any money out of it, so this is a killer deal.
