Any way to have a video playing on monitor one, even minimized, and have monitor 2 or 3 always have the overlay displayed on it? i remember doing this with an OLD matrox card, but now have an 8800gts.even a context-menu program that will allow me to right click on a video file and send to monitor 2 maximimzed would work.i'd entertain some way to do this in VLC or WMP, too.[Edited on August 29, 2007 at 10:54 PM. pretty sure it's in the nVidia settings manager. i used to have it enabled when i had my old card. it calls it cinema mode or some shit like that.

Nvidia and XP should be able to do it for sure in the video settings of the GPU settings.I don't know if the Vista drivers are up to par ye.

I'm not sure I'm getting what you're saying but..Core Media Player will let you put the video overlay window on any monitor you want. The video window and GUI are separated like Winamp/PowerDVD/etc. And you can have multiple instances of Core. I've never used winamp to play videos so I dunno if it can do this or not
