I am currently living in an apartment at Rhyne's Gate Apartments located behind the Wendy's on Western Blvd. in Raleigh. It is conveniently located about a 1/2 mile from the NC State campus and is located right next to the Wolfline bus stop in order to ride to and from the school campus during the semesters.

I am a graduate student in Mechanical Engineering at NC State University. I have no preference of whether a male or female roommate. My current roommate is moving out soon and is moving back to Charlotte.

The rent is $425 a month and that includes water, cable, and high speed internet. The only other charge that isn't included in that price is the power bill. The power for the past few months has been approximately $70-$75. Therefore the total for each month is about $450-$475. I do have a small cat that I have had for a few weeks in case anyone is allergic.
