Has anyone successfully gotten cablecards from TWC? specifically M-Cards? I want to pick up a new TivoHD but I swear TWC is making it like pulling teeth!

i called and asked for one, the dude i talked to knew exactly what i was talking about and even WHY i wanted an m-card

got a truck roll since they don't allow self installs, the dude told me he was nervous because it was his first time installing a cablecard, i told him i'd do it for him

popped it in my series3, works fine. no pixellation at all.

don't suppose you know who you talked to? I haven't even been able to find someone that even knows what an M-Card is!
