Mine went bad in my computer and I've been upgrading everything else over the last year so I don't want to have to buy a brand new computer....

I'd like a nice motherboard/cpu combo with this setup:

ATX form factor
939 Socket
at least 5 PCI slots
DDR (not DDR2) memory slots
two Parallel ATA133 connectors (IDE)
