Guilty! And I also was tricked into thinking that there was a movie called The Goones II. Sadly, I only learned it was just a video game. But still, it was fucking entertaining as all hell

I never owned it, so I only played it when I rented it once. I decided it was hard and didn't really play far through it.

There was a Goonies 1 game. It wasn't released in the U.S., except for a few arcade console versions. It was a much simplified version of Goonies II. I've only played it for the NES emulator. Not as much fun as Goonies II.

just found goonies on my arcade cabinet didn't even know about it. i thought i was crazy as a kid thinking there was a goonies 1 and i was right haha.
