Been searching for a place for this upcoming semester. Many, many places have had horrible reviews. This place is the only one that has had decent feedback. Tried to find pricing through searching to no avail. Was wondering if any one lives there or knows the current prices and if they have an option to furnish. Also, would like to know if they include water and such in the prices. Thanks for any helpful information.

When I was there it was 450 for a one bedroom and 600 for a two bedroom. You can't get it furnished (all applicances come though). Water is not included, but it only ran between 30 and 40 bucks every 2 months for a two bedroom. Power was cheap as hell there because it was shaded by trees.

That said it was a good place to stay, close to campus, two wolfline stops, no loud people, and a good management company who fixed shit fast (had a brand new washer and dryer there the same day when the old one broke). The only things that I can think of that suck is the place lacks overhead lighting/fans and their management office is way out on wake forest road.

Some people have told me there is a waitlist, but then a couple people I knew who were "grad students" got right in so I don't know whats up with that.
