I just thought it was funny to see what Comcast tech support response to that was. But alas I still got the steps out of their notebook One of them even told me that defragging my C:\ drive would fix it and then I told him I didn't have a C:\ drive and that got me a response of running an anti-virus and spyware tool[Edited on July 21, 2007 at 7:22 AM.
