Hi,

I have a three bedroom house, near the Rose Garden. I have one roomate moving out at the end of August. My other roomate is staying, so we are looking for someone to fill one room. You would share a bathroom. We have a washer/dryer in the basement. The rent will be $330 + utilities, (cable/internet/electric). They are never more than $120 (high range) per month, for all. I will be moving out in March 2008, so you could sign a 6-month lease, or stay in March on a month, to month lease, but you would be responsible to find a new roomate.

My roomate and I are both 25 year old females, looking for a female roomate, in college, or out. I'm not there too much during the week, so it would really be like having just one roomate most of the time.

I'm allergic to cats, so I can't have them in the house. My roomate has a small miniature dacshund, who is very sweet! No smoking in the house either, but outside is fine! If you are interested, just message me back or e-mail me at jem5_03@hotmail.com. Thanks!
