two blocks from glenwood south
twenty minute walk to tompkins hall on ncsu campus
beautiful court yard, huge trees and benches
huge windows with great ledges, the room has one big window and one smaller window
also has nice size closet
hardwood floors

i do have a dog so i rather not have another animal
there is central air/heat

oh yeah, room is 11x12 (pretty sure) and has tall ceilings
one bathroom but i am picky about keeping it pretty clean
the apartment provides free wireless Internet but I will have a cable modem since i have a desktop

about me: I am very busy. I work in student media at least 25 hr/week, wait tables 20-25 hr/week, in school full time, and go to a lot music shows. I enjoy music but am respectful and don't blare it. I like to keep things tidy but am not ocd. I am a laid back kind of person, and maintain a no drama lifestyle. I am however, a toilet paper snob- charmin ultra only. But we can split the cost. And I don't really like when a boyfriend stays over all the time.
