I'm looking for a roomate for my 2 BR, 2.5 bath townhouse off western blvd, prefferably starting August 1st.

It's right outside the beltline and has convenient access to school, wolfline park & ride, or any other place in Raleigh. Rent is $400/mo plus utilities (less than $100), in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a pool.
